Rapid Battery Health Decline in My iPhone 11. Please help me!

Hello, why is my iPhone 11 battery health draining very fast even though I've owned it for a short period? The battery health was at 93% a few months ago and is now at 89%. I don’t charge it more than once a day, always keep the brightness low, and it is always in low power mode.
