hi guys,

I hope that you can help me. When I go on the internet all I see are question marks. There is no Text or pictures anywhere. Only question marks in white and blue boxes. I do not know what to do. I have a MacBook Pro and it is running on Mac OS sierra.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,

Welcome, Kapple. We need some additional information:

1. What exact MacBook Pro model do you have?

2. What version of Sierra are you using? The latest version is 10.12.3. You can get the OS 10.12.3 Combo Updater from here:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1905?locale=en_US

3. What browser are you using? Maybe try another one and see if you have the same issue. Additionally, if you are using Safari, Apple released a new version, V10.0.3, with thta OS 10.12.3 update:

4. Do you have either MacKeeper or CleanMyMac? If you do, get rid of them IMMEDIATELY, as they do more harm than good.

You can also download, install, and run the excellent, free Anti-Malware program Malwarebytes, which you can get from here:

Hey
The dumbest thing to ask, but - do you have the same issue after you restart your Mac? And I'm guessing you see this in Safari. Do you have any other web browsers like Chrome, Opera or Firefox? If yes, you can simply reinstall Safari: delete it from your Mac, restart your Mac and then download and install a new version from here https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari

Given that the op is using Sierra, downloading and installing the OS 10.12.3 Combo Updater will also give him the latest version of Safari. But it would also be wise if he tried another browser and see if the issue persists or goes away.
