Problems after upgrading to Leopard

I just upgraded to Leopard 10.5.2 and now some of my applications won't launch--including iTunes, iChat, Photo Booth, VEOH.com player, FFMPEGX utility. I have an iMac 2 GHz dual core with 4GB RAM. Thoughts?

Are there any updates available through Software Update with regards to the Mac apps. Not sure about the others other than check to see if you have the Leopard compatible version installed.

Thanks. Will check when I get home from work tonight. (Problem is on my home home Mac, not work Mac.)
