problem trying to print Keynote handouts

I want to print my Keynote slide presentation in a 3 slides per page format, but starting with slide #2, but when I try to do that, it jumps to the 4th slide, I assume this is because at 3 to a page, the 4th slide would be the top of the 2nd page. But I want the 2nd slide to be the first one. Can anybody offer a solution? Thanks.

-Which version of OS X?
-Which version of Keynote?

It sounds like the only way to do what you are asking is to reorder the slides in the Keynote presentation before printing them.

Thanks for weighing in. I am running OS-X Yosemite 10.10.5 and Keynote 6.6.1 Not sure I know what you mean by reordering the slides.

I meant to change the order of the slides, so they print in the order you want them to: Keynote for Mac 6.0: Reorder slides
