Problem restoring Mac Mail inbox and sent emails

Hi,
Accidentally deleted my mail account and lost 20,000 + emails.
I have plugged in my Time Machine external HHD , opened MAIL then entered Time Machine.
Time Machine opens in the MAIL program.
I then go back in the past , in MAIL.
All of my lost emails are there and I can open and view each one.
Time machine says to select files then click restore.
But....there is no restore button. Not even a greyed out RESTORE button.
The usual CANCEL RESTORE buttons are not present on the page.

Hello and welcome.

You should be able to restore the Mail folder in your hidden User > Library folder. However, it may be best to take your Mac and Time Machine hard drive to an Apple Store near you to get some hands-on support. It can be difficult to give instructions for this over the Internet, and we wouldn't want you to lose any further data.
