I have a Macbook Pro with Catalina. In the "Preferences>Privacy" box I keep having to delete the same website data over and over again. Is there a way I can keep the ones I want (use regularly) and block the rest? Please help!!

Hello and welcome.

I assume you mean Safari > Preferences... > Privacy Cookies and website data, correct? If so, you can only set Safari to always accept or always block all cookies. There isn't any way to individually set cookies per website.

Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac

Is there a particular issue you are having?

I have the same experience as JRS. The options presented by websites re preferences seems to allow certain internet companies to set cookies and data despite deselection all options except "necessary/functional" ones. Seems these latter hide a post of trackers. If I could just select the ones I want to keep when purging these website data, it would make life a lot less annoying - having to re-enter ID's etc all the time for sites I need to visit. Wish Apple would allow that.
