Printing issues

I have an iMac used with an HP8600 printer. When printing a photo smaller than A4 on draft B&W from iPhotos the printer prints it centrally on the page, which is what I want. When I select Photo Paper it shoved it to the top right corner !!! Please help.

Can you print out of the Preview app or out of any other app other than iPhotos?
