Preview document show up on every open desk top -

The preview app used to be open only on one desk top at a time. Recently it started appearing on every open desktop. How do I get it to be only open on one desktop at a time?

Control-Click the Preview.app icon in the Dock & click "Options" then deselect any options you see in the "Assign To" section that might be causing this behaviour.
