pre-filled emails with automator

Hello,

Every day, I have to send a report with the number of employees absent and later.

I created a workflow with Workflow for iOS to create a pre-filled email to which I only add names of those absent.

So, this is how my workflow works:
1. Who is absent? (there are some other questions as absence can be for different reasons but just want to make it simple here)
2. Who is later?

Workflow already has the following as the text for the email:
Today, (date is taken automatically for the current day) the following teachers are:
Absent:
[here, the info I put when asked in Q1 shows]
Late:
[Here the info I put when asked in Q2 shows]

And some text here.

The recipients are already pre-filled as well. The workflow takes me to the mail app, and all I have to do is click send. It also ends with adding the text from the email to evernote.

Is something similar possible with Automator?
