ppc with mac

hi i have a pocket pc Asus P535 which runs on windows mobile 5 i wonder if i can connect the ppc to the mac and synchornise like how i would with a windows computer. i can not seem to find a driver for my ppc that suits mac osx would some one pls help as i dont want to abandon my ppc and i would like to sync it with my mac book
