Hi All, your friendly neighborhood questioner. Can someone diagnose the issue here with
the display on my 180C? Would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Probably another logic board or display hardware issue.

A good source for old Classic Mac support/troubleshooting/repair is Applefritter.
