Pls identify Icon on Mac Desktop

I have a icon on mac desktop top right on tool bar..

That icon is like Eye in alphabet R..

Can any one tell me which icon is this and wat is its use ????

This is not a standard Mac icon, you must have installed something.

Looks like an Egyptian symbol ... click on it to see the pull-down menu with options ... you'll be able to find out the apps name etc .
