Please help

I appreciate any advice on my new mac...love it, however working with it is indeed sometimes challenging.
I am working with an online transaction system(dot loop) as a Realtor and creating forms through the dot loop paperless system. Anytime I create one form, I get these streak marks across the first page, this only happens she n I am using my mac, if i send to a pc, there are no streak marks.
The dot loop troubleshooter said I needed to install the latest version of adobe X reader, which i have, no help.

Please let me know what I need to do? Does mac automatically update adobe and other apps as upgrades are available?

Is it Preview that has the streaks? Preview is a far better PDF reader on the Mac than Adobe Reader.

Yes, Adobe puts **** into your system that prompts you when there is an update.
Other Apps can have a check when you launch them, check their Preferences.
Apps from the App Store do.
