Please help to remove the other PC name from my History page

Hello, please help, I can't remove other PC name from my History page, I logged in on Chrome in LENOVO laptop, and now on the top of my History page in my MAC stays this:
JULIE-PC
and list of browsing history on Lenovo.
I disabled sync, but it doesn't remove this name and its history. Also I logged out from Chrome in Lenovo.
I can remove all my browsing history in my Mac, but not this JULIE-PC and all its browsing history.
If someone can help to remove all this information from my History page, it would be very appreciated.
I use Mac OS X 10.8.5. Thank you.

Hi,

Feel this is one of chromes many intrusive features, one reason I won't go near it. Log back in on the Lenovo and clear out history + cache or use something like carp cleaner on the MS laptop to do this.
