I accidentally downloaded a picture from the internet into my desktop as a desktop picture (when I wanted to print and delete it) it is now in my wallpaper/screen savers as a new and flagged entry but I can't delete it. I want it out of my picture library. I was able to change my wallpaper back to what I wanted, but I want the other photo deleted.

Have you deleted the photo from its location? If you delete it from the folder then automatically it will be deleted from Wallpaper section.

Possibly open system preference and locate the image, then highlight it now just click the minus button as my screen shot.

but it won't remove photos from 'Picture' folder. It can remove Download folder but not Pictures.

Sorry thought the OP just wanted to remove / delete the image from screen savers but wanted to keep it on the Mac.
