The Phone app on my iPhone 11 displays a "Carrier" voicemail that I can't delete. It's in French, which I don't understand. My service provider can't find any voicemail on their end, so they can't help me delete it. How can I remove this voicemail?

Hi,
You could possibly try this.
1. First turn off live voice mail and turn off the phone leave for a few minutes.
2. Turn the phone back on and rest the phone.
3. Re-enable the feature.
