Password recovery - is it possible?

I accidentally deleted an internet PW from my keychain. Officially Apple says its gone, but I have a suspicion its somewhere tucked away. Is there any way to recover it in OS 10.12.6?

If you deleted the password from the keychain, then it is actually gone. Do you happen to have a Time Machine or other backup?
