OSX 10.5.8 & CS4

Hi everyone, I'm new to this on line forum so I will be breif.
I have purchased a old mac OSx 10.5 but it has CS4 full version with it.
I thought I could upgrade my other mac (10.5.8) with it. Is this possible?
