os x v10.5 system software

O.K. I'm not that smart on the system software but is it possible to go straight from os x v.10.3.9 to os x v10.5. Or do you have to upgrad one system software at a time? I'm not even sure if I can upgrade to os x v.10.4

I have a Dual 1 GHz PowerPC G4 mac
1MB L3 cache per processor
Memory 512 MB DDR SDRAM

I use my mac for adobe CS2 and starting to learn Final Cut Pro
