OS X Lion DVD Creation

Hi,
I am a new member of Mac world with probable a stupid question but please understand...
I bought a Mac Pro with OS X Lion Licenses.
power the Mac Pro on and started the installation process (probable the OS was on the HD).
The problem began when I wanted to reinstall the Mac Pro. I needed to have an internet connection. lucky me I had so I reinstalled the OS X Lion. The problem is that this Mac will stand in place without internet access, what shall I do then if I'll need to reinstall the OS. isn't there a OS X Lion on a DVD? or a way to create one?

Mac really need to be on the internet, they are very hard to maintain and keep up to date without.

You can buy a Lion Flash drive with the OS on.
