I revived an old black macbook and it has no os installed. It boots to a normal screen that says "Mac OS X installer" "file" "edit" "utilities" and "window", so no OS is installed, and the problem is that I have no disc drive on the mac book, it is broken. so I was ondering if i can download a OS on my other computer and than put it on the macbook using a flash drive? if I can or if there is an easier way, please let me know... Thank you

That is booting from an image of the installer disk, this is not normal, if there was no OS at all then you'd just get a flashing question mark.

No, you can't take the OS from one Mac and Install it on another, you either need the Disk for that model or a full retail version. You can still buy Snow Leopard from the Apple Store.

I am aware that I need a disk with an os to continue from this screen, but my problem is that I don't have a disc drive\ cd reader.. So to be more specific, how do I install with out any discs or disc readers?

No, you can't continue from that screen! You need to continue from a screen just like that but from another drive.
When you have to correct disks, you can startup it up in Target Mode (T key) and reformat and install onto the BlackBooks drive from another Mac.
There is no other way, without a drive.
