Yesterday, Apple released V10.13.4 of High Sierra:

I have already downloaded the full installer onto both of my Macs, and after I go through my weekly disk cleanup/maintenance/repair, and backup, tasks tomorrow, I'll proceed with a fresh, clean, "virgin" installation of OS 10.13.4.
If one has OS 10.13.3 already, then one can just update the OS from V10.13.3 to V10.13.4 by either using the Software Update feature, or downloading it form the App Store. But if one has a version of the OS prior to High Sierra, it might be better to download the full installer and do a fresh, clean, "virgin" installation of V10.13.4. That would be especially wise if either 1) one has an "older" version (prior to Sierra) of the Mac OS, and/or 2) has not done a clean, fresh, "virgin" installation of the Mac OS in a while.
The usual links for getting either the "supplemental" or Combo Updater (without needing to visit the App store) are not yet available. When they are, I'll post that.
