Ordering Prints from iPhoto

iPhoto sends my pictures to be developed at too low a resolution so my pictures turn out blurry. I know I can get the resolution I want if I use the Kodak option on the drop-down menu, but how do I send my photos to a retailer of my own choice at a high enough resolution?
