I have to ask the professionals now:
I have created a link to a file and copied it into a Reminder- list or a Numbers file (as far as no problem). This link contains not only path but also file name.
In Windows you can format this as a link, and when you click on it, the file or alias opens directly. I'm now so far that I've read and checked everywhere that linking in Pages or Numbers only works on mails, websites, text passages in the same Pages document or tab at Numbers.
I NEVER found the hint how to create an "openable" link to a file and when I click on it, it opens the document immediately in the corresponding application.
I can hardly believe that this should not work with MAC. This is an essential feature.
I am curious
