Only Mac Mail preference general pane is displayed

Hello.

I am using OS 10.6.8 at work and our server and user names are changing. I got the newer Macs all changed but the one last older computer using OS 10.6.8 only shows "general" things like when to check for messages and new message sounds...Nothing else.

None of the other panes appear that let me get to where the account information inside preferences where the server and user names should be.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

-Do you mean you can only see certain System Preference panes?

Hello.

we were able to figure it out. We had to click on the upper right corner to expand the window and show the other options. Thank you for answering.
