Hi guys
I am new to the forum.
Where can one get older versions of MacOS to install (MacOS High Sierra preferred)
I want to create a virtual machine via Parallels Desktop on Catalina.

Would appreciate any pointers.
Thanks

Thank you for the pointer
Looks like the installation completed but when I launch the Sierra Virtual machine I get a black screen.
Kindly see Attached file
Seems as if there needs to be additional steps to complete the process. Screenshot 2020-05-31 at 11.23.39.png

OK, thanks.

It could be a couple of things:
-Parallels 13 isn't officially supported in Catalina
-Did you install High Sierra (your original post) or Sierra (your black screen post)?
-Can you outline the steps you took to install macOS as a Guest OS in Parallels?

It seems like you may have missed a step during the install, and it is seeing multiple aliases od the HD.

I want to format my hard drive then install mac osx snow leoard . how do i go about this pls ?

I would clone your present boot drive to an outboard hard drive, boot up on that to reformat your internal drive and install Snow Leopard. There are probably slicker ways to do it.

Hi,

Which version of Parallels?

C
Please accept my apology for only responding now.
Was a bit out of action.
Many thans for the guidance.
I am using Parallels 15 but discovered that my antivirus software was bit over zealous in blocking everything that moves.
Disabled it and it worked second time around.

Many thanks
