An update, V15.29, for Office 2016 for the Mac (includes updates for each individual app in the suite) came out today. If you have Microsoft AutoUpdate installed, you can just launch that, and it will "find" the available updates. I did that this morning, and have updated Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote. It went real smooth.
Even with that, though, it is best to download (and save) the individual updates themselves. They can be retrieved from here:
