Odd Spanish Install

I noticed this a few days ago: whenever I install an application, the pop-up is always partly in Spanish. I have never had the Spanish as a language to use and I have not changed any information regarding languages.

Please see the attachment.

Any help would be great.

Hello,
Have you checked System Preferences > "Language & Text" to be sure? If it's mostly in Spanish, changes were made.
