Numbers/figures in Constantia font

Hi
I've set a whole (long) book in Constantia font but am troubled by the very variable appearance of the numbers - for example tiny 1, large 8, and drop down 3 and 5. Does anyone know if this can be changed somewhere or do I have to change the font of the whole book?
