Numbers changed after update iOS10.0.2

Hi. I always had the numbers/calendars of my Iphone in Arabic numbers, though operating language was English. This was bc region was UAE. Now after iOS10.0.2 update my Arabic numbers are gone even though region is still UAE. What can I do to get back to my old setting (calendar and all numbers including time in Arabic)?

Hello and welcome.

I currently don't have any iOS 10 devices here with me, but I will see if I can find an answer tomorrow. Maybe someone else here can answer?
