Not my day...

Got up and started my Mac Mojave and it went dead slow and then stopped. I tried a few restarts w/o luck and finally did a cmd R restart, ran Disk Repair and it says "warning: fsroot tree corruptions are not repaired. They'll go away once snapshot is deleted."

Not the most informative. Anyone have any ideas?

-Which exact model Mac?
-Were you having any other issues before this?
-Do you have a current Time Machine or other backup of your data?
