Hi everybody, my first post here....
I'm having problems with my Nokia phone storage. 'Storage Sense' tells me I have 2.61GB used up in 'Other' and that 'these are file types that we don't recognise and which don't fit in with the rest'. This seems to be stopping me from taking any more photos and getting updates. I'm told 'You can try connecting your phone to your computer and managing them there.'
My computer is a 2yo MacBook Pro and I can't seem to connect the 2 devices. Nokia give a list of programmes to try but I can find very little information about them, I've tried downloading a couple but they don't seem to do what I want. I used to have a Windows laptop with Nokia Suite installed but they don't make it for Macs.
Can anyone please help?!
