The other day, I changed my password and username...
No it appears that my account is no longer an admin account.
I can't turn Web Sharing back on
And the "Accounts" panel of system preferences won't load.
When I run "sudo apachectl start" and put in my password, it says "Keenan is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported."

Please help me make my account admin again!

hi
don't play with the system toooo much;)
any way .. use the system Disk (DVD) to change the password.. make it empty and try to open your account .. it not change the root account and log in as root create a new account as admin .. if all of this can't fix the problem run the system DVD again and select Disk Utility and select Repair Disk then Repair Disk Permissions
if all of this do nothing then reinstall the system as Upgrade if not then reinstall it as Archive and install
all of these can't get any result then sorry ... you should reformat the HD and reinstall all software
