Netflix Picture-in-Picture Mode Issues on iPhone

I'm having trouble getting the Netflix app to play in Picture-in-Picture mode on my iPhone. I've tried changing the PiP settings multiple times, resetting my phone, updating all software, and even deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution?
