Need Help to flatten Directory

Hi. I have and old folder the has hundreds of folders inside of folders with tons of files and pictures in them. I'm looking for a way to do it that doesn't include doing it manually or having to pay 20$ for a one time use app.

Hello and welcome,

-What version of OS X?
-Do you have a current Time Machine or other backup?
-Which $20 app will do what you are looking to do?

There may be a few AppleScripts/Automator Applications around the Internet that will do that, I just want to make sure you have a backup of the files before providing a couple of links. I would hate for you to lose any of your photos/data.
