My MacBook Air keeps restarting. Every time I turn it back on it restarts again straight away

What do I do to fix it, I can’t do any of the recommended fixes because I can’t turn it on

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode or Recovery or resetting SMC or NVRAM? All these steps are carried out at startup. A problem like this could be Hardware or Software related. The first thing to do would be to turn it off and unplug it from the charger for about 30 min. then try again. Surprisingly this works in many situations especially power rated issues but not always a permanent fix.
