SOLVED My first ever Forum post!! iMac 2014 running macOS 10.15 has almost ground to a halt! HDD 95% full!

Last year I'm pretty sure only 10-20% full so its crept up on me. No idea why HDD so full.
Am trying out Onyx and Grandperspective (recommended in 2017) to see where my problems lie and where my Big Files Are.
Any other ideas please?
