my computer just jumps out of the net, and goes back on again

It is doing this for the last 2-3 weeks, all the time, sometimes with the message "your computer shut down because of a problem" (no number of error that I can see) After a little while of black screen, it goes back on again, to the open pages.
I actually don´t know if it has anything to do with the internet, thinking of it. Maybe it´s just any time

I would suggest checking the Logs for pointers ... Applications ~> Utilities ~> Console

Thank you, the list is full of error messages, it seems like everything that´s done is not complete, like shrinking a page e.g. I have no idea what to do about that
