Multiple Contact repeats

Hello I'm operating a Mac mountain lion. In my contacts list things I find that I have about the 30 repeatsof the same card. This shows up in my iCloud contacts my yahoo contacts and my Gmail contacts. Multiple deletes from these areas has no result eliminating them to one contact. I'm operating an iMac from 2009 with the 24 inch screen and system 10.8.3.

Hi,

Do you sync an iPhone with the Mac, if so then I suspect you have selected more than iCloud thus the multiple listings.
