To keep up with the 3 year Apple updates I want to move to the Ventura op system

In System Preferences Software Updates Ventura 13.6.7 is offered

Are there any helpful comments before I press the install button

That is the newest version of macOS Ventura (13.6.7, build: 22G720). I recommend having a reliable backup—Time Machine, maybe duplicates, before proceeding. Enjoy!
