Microsoft Word f/ MAC (Compressing Pictures)

I create reports within Microsoft Word that have many pictures within it.

Beofre I converted over to MAC, on my PC the Microsoft word had a button to compress pictures individually with a option to compress all pictures within the document.

On the MAC WORD software I don't see the option to compress ANYWHERE in the program or the ribbon!

HELP!!! LOL

First off...what version of Word on the Mac? What version of Mac OS X?
