Microsoft Outlook Contacts

I have Microsoft 365 for Mac on my iMac, iPad and iPhone. I have uploaded all my previous PC contacts into the iMac Micosoft Outlook contacts. How do I now transfer them into my Mac Address Book from Outlook? Thanks

I'm assuming you mean Apple's Address Book used by Apple's Mail program. This link can help you:
