mdworker hacked?

I'm running an old Mac Pro tower I love with older software OS 10.5 as I can't upgrade further due to the Power PC chips. I'm getting a lot of activity on mdworker with the user listed as "visitor." Could this be a sign I've been hacked?

Might pay to check your CPU usage when this happens, as i believe that if you have an external HD connected that spotlight will index this external HD?
