MBP hangs at reboot

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro (Intel) and since yesterday suddenly it will not startup again. It just shows the white screen with the Apple Logo and a spinning wheel below...for hours ...days...

Help!! Anybody outthere who knows how to fix this??
