Malwarebytes isn't working with Ventura

I upgraded to Ventura and Malwarebytes has an ! next to "Activate protection". I do so, and it wants me to grant full disk access to it.

I check, it is granted. I thought I would turn that off and on again, but when I turn it off, the switch turns right back to on. I can't turn it off, and Malwarbytes thinks it is off. My wife's computer is the same way. I'm waiting for a reply from Malwarebytes.

There are alternatives, such as DetectX Swift which seems to be working OK in Ventura.
