I have had 2 tech people from Apple try and help me with the following problem. Nothing works. I have OS X Yosemite. After setting the mail preferences and creating rules with the help of the techs, most of my mail contacts and even my own mail address goes to junk. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome.

-Who is your email provider?
-When did this start - after the Yosemite upgrade?
-Are you at 10.10.5?
-You could try creating a second user on the Mac, logging into it, then adding the account to see if the issue persists.
