Hi there
Hopefully someone will know the answer to this - seems like it should be simple enough but it driving me nuts....
I'm using Mail 8.1 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 (I had this problem before I last updated, so it's not related to that).
Most of my html emails are displaying correctly - ie I can see the formatting - but I'm getting the odd one which just isn't and seems to be displaying as plain text. I've tried viewing the same email on my ipad and it looks fine.
The only help I can find by googling says to go into preferences/viewing and ensure 'display remote images in email' is checked, but it's already on. I've tried turning it off and then on again, but that doesn't help.
Would there be any other settings that need checking? something to do with Mail thinking it's spam or some security setting somewhere?
Thanks
Bob
