New Magic Mouse. Works fine but it really "eats" batteries. I need to change batteries every two or three weeks. Is this normal? Had wireless mouses before and could go a month or two.

Depends on usage. If you use it many hours a day, then every 2-3 weeks sounds about right.

I use Energizer e2 Lithium batteries in mine and they last longer than standard batteries. Some folks swear by rechargeables, but I found that I never wanted to setup the charger! ;)

So I guess there's no power zapping thing going on. Think I am going to take your suggestion and try rechargeables. Thanks for the reply. :)

The only ones that I have found that last well are the Apple rechargeable sets.
