I bought a macbook air from Craiglist, this is my fist mcbook so I'm McStupid. It was able to update to Catalina but i want to factory reset which I went to Disk Utilities and erase the main disk. When i tries to reinstall MacOS there is only version there is Lion Mountain this must be in the disk1 Base system disk. After installed i tried to update but unable to update itunes. There is error: "An error occured while downloading update (102)" . I tried few thing after google but nothing worked. And i cant even get the Big Sur as my OS ver is too low as it need 10.9 or higher. What can i do. Please help.
