MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2023)

Cannot get in my account. Every attemp has resulted in the message: "Your account is locked." Do I have a virus? If so, how do I get rid of it? (I have already contacted Mac Tech which wasn't any help.)

When you say your account are you referring to your account that you login on your MacBook Pro, or your AppleID?

if it is your AppleID you can go to https://appleid.apple.com. Click on Sign In and when the popup window asking for your TouchID comes up select Use a different Apple ID, and follow the prompts.
